Do you sell wholesale?

What is considered a ‘manufacturer’s defect’?

A manufacturer’s defect is a defect in a product which was not intended.

A manufacturer’s defect in footwear may occur through faulty workmanship or materials.

 

Do you deliver?

Yes, we have delivery scheduled for Trinidad and Tobago. Call and we will tell you when we can delivery to your area.

Can we go to another branch to exchange?

Yes, but all requirements to exchange from previous FAQ “Can we exchange our footwear” must be met.

Is safety footwear categorised by applicability or can I use any footwear in any environment or conditions?

No Safety Footwear is categorized based on applicability. Please refer to the Safety Standards and Special Features

 

Our Sales Team can also assess the intended environment for use of the footwear and will recommend suitable footwear styles for specific environments.

Do you have warranty on your products?

Yes on footwear – except rubber boots. We offer a six to twelve month warranty on our Occupational Footwear once the footwear has been used in the correct applications and environments.

Can we exchange our footwear?

Yes, but certain conditions apply: Exchanges would be done on items with manufacturer’s defects; you must have receipt; item must be in original package; it must not be worn; it must be within two (2) weeks of purchase.
